Digimon Heroes!

Digimon Heroes! is an RPG with a very particular card-based combat system that brings to mind traditional match-3 games (Bejeweled, Puzzle Quest, etc.) but in a card game version. And everything takes place inside the amazing Digimon universe.

The duels in Digimon Heroes! make up the bulk of the game and are, without a doubt, the most entertaining thing about it. The gameplay, though it may seem complex at first, is actually very simple. Basically, you have to form a chain of three cards of the same color using the ten cards in your hand. It's very important to remember that once you use those cards, new ones will appear. And if you form a chain of three with those, you can launch another attack.

In between combats, you can do other things as well, like customizing your team (made up of three digimon) or making your favorite digimon 'digivolve' by using objects obtained throughout some of the game's missions. Just like in the anime, when a digimon evolves, it becomes a lot stronger and its attacks will cause much more damage.

Digimon Heroes! is a good game from the Digimon franchise, with excellent graphics and an original and entertaining gameplay.
